Membership

• Membership is offered at the company level.
• Membership fees are based on  company size/revenue and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• Members are responsible for keeping contact information current.

Events

• Event registrations are binding. Refunds and cancellations are subject to WCA’s event policies.
• WCA reserves the right to modify or cancel events at any time.

Intellectual Property

• All content on this site (logos, text, graphics, etc.) is owned by WCA and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability

• WCA provides information “as is.”  We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, completeness, or results.
• WCA is not liable for damages arising from use of the website, participation in events, or reliance on information.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
